  1. Mix and sift the dry ingredients.
  2. Combine the milk, melted butter, and beaten egg and add them to the dry ingredients. Grease a muffin pan and add batter to this, filling each muffin form about 2/3 full. Preheat your oven to 400 F, then place the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
