  • 1 cup loosely packed arame seaweed
  • 6 -8 cups water

Directions:

  1. Combine everything together in a large pot.
  2. Allow the mixture to come to a boil without covering it.
  3. Reduce the flame to low.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer until the liquid is quite darb.
  5. This takes about 15 minutes.
  6. Strain out the sea plant and lemon zest, reserving the rest of the liquid.
  7. Run a bath, as hot as is comfortable for you.
  8. Add the reserved arame water to the bath and soak in it for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Rinse your skin well with warm water and then pat dry.
  10. Please note: This bath is not to be used during menstruation as it can cause a heavy flow since it draws.
