Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Two hours before serving combine lime juice,garlic,red pepper flakes,cumin,and tequilla in a zip lock baggie, then add shrimp and refridgerate and let marinate at least two hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Pre heat the beans.
  4. Put the tortillas in the oven for 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. Sprinkle a little of each cheese on tortillas-enough to cover.
  6. Then add beans,shrimp and another layer of the cheeses.
  7. Bake until the cheese is bubbly around 5-8 minutes.
  8. Serve with guacamole and pico de gallo.
