Ingredients:

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 stick butter cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • slice parchment paper on cookie sheet

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon, salt, cinnamon.
  2. Add butter and mix. Add cherries and almonds. Add Heavy Cream. Mix
  3. Make Dough into disc and cut triangles to make scone pieces.
  4. Bake 375 degrees
