Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of white flour
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 3 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Cut in butter
  3. Stir in eggs and cream
  4. Put on baking sheet spreading to about 1 inch.
  5. Spread with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and
  6. Cinnimon.
  7. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes
