Scallopini With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Season turkey with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add turkey and cook, turning once, until cooked through, 2 minutes per side.
  3. Remove turkey to serving dish. Add lemon juice, parsley, sugar and zest to skilled. Cook 1 minute and pour over turkey.
