Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 sleeve ritz crackers
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY 9X13 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  2. POUR PINEAPPLE IN PAN WITH JUICE. SPRINKLE BROWN SUGAR OVER PINEAPPLE.
  3. CRUSH RITZ CRACKERS. ADD 2 TBS SUGAR. MELT BUTTER. MIX WITH FINELY CRUSHED CRACKERS
  4. SPRINKLE OVER PINEAPPLE. DO NOT MIX.
  5. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN
