Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • tabasci sauce

Directions:

  1. COMBINE CORN, MILK, MUFFIN MIX, EGG, TABASCO SAUCE TO TASTE
  2. SPREAD IN 9X13 BUTTERED PAN
  3. SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT
  4. STIR IN SOUR CREAM, SALT, AND HALF OF THE CHEESE
  5. SPREAD ON TOP OF MUFFIN MIX
  6. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE
  7. BAKE 40 TO 45 MINUTES AT 425 DEGREES
