Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place garlic on cutting board and sprinkle with salt. Using the side of a broad knife, grind salt into garlic until it is ground into a paste. (You can also use a mortar and pestle)
  2. Add to chicken, along with other seasonings, and mix well. Shape into small patties, about 3 across, less than 1/2 thick. (They will not shrink much when cooking)
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Fry patties, about 3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through. They are virtually fat free, so don't overcook or they will dry out! Cook just until juices run clear.
  4. These freeze and reheat nicely.
