Savory Cheesy Baguette

Ingredients:

  • for the sweet tooth...
  • 1 long baguette
  • 1 wheels of la sauvagine brie or any kind of triple creme
  • hand full of dry cranberries
  • 1 cup of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • to go with red wine....chianti es best
  • 1 long baguette
  • 2 tbsp of pesto
  • 1/3 cup of red pepper
  • 1/3 cup of yellow pepper
  • 1/3 cup of orange pepper
  • garlic clove

Directions:

  1. For the sweet tooth...
  2. Melt butter and add all the ingredients above let simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Then take your baguette cut it in half add a generous amout of brie and put the topping on and bake for 5 minutes on low not to broil the cheese
  4. Peppery & cheesy...
  5. In a saucepan add olive oil
  6. Then all the diced peppers
  7. & pesto
  8. Leave over medium heat for 15-20 minutes
  9. Cut the baguette add cheese
  10. Then add the topping and again bake for 5 minutes on low
