Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large zucchini , cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add zucchini; sauté 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
