Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp preshredded fresh parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add zucchini; sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
