Sautéed Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchini and onions into bite sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan on med-high heat.
  3. Once pan is heated add zucchini, onion, sesame seeds, butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes until zucchini and onions are slightly tender and browned.
  5. Eat and Enjoy!
