Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir caraway seeds in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until fragrant about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in oil and crushed red pepper.
  3. Add peppers and garlic then cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Uncover and sauté stirring frequently until peppers are tender about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the vinegar then season with salt and serve.
