Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet,add sherry,soy and spices.stir to combine.add sour cream and stir till melted.bring to a simmer and add mushrooms.halve small mushrooms and quarter if large.cook 5-6 min till heated thru.if using for horderve,put in chafe dish or crock pot to keep warm.these will go fast so just add more mushrooms to sauce as needed.
