Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage along with onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink
  2. As the meat is browning, cook pasta according to package instruction
  3. Once meat is done, add tomatoes, chili powder and sugar
  4. Simmer all together for about 5 minutes
  5. Put pasta into the meat mixture and mix well
  6. Let simmer for another 15 minutes or so on low heat
  7. Place sour cream onto individual plate if desired.
