Sausage Florentine Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a big skillet, saute the sausage, mushrooms, and garlic until the meat is browned; crumble the sausage while cooking.
  2. Drain off fat; remove excess fat by patting meat mixture with paper towels.
  3. Add pizza sauce, oregano, basil, chopped spinach, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through.
  5. Place pizza crust on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread meat mixture evenly over pizza crust.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza is heated.
