Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Combine flour baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  3. Add sausage cheese and butter.
  4. Blend well w/ wooden spoon or hands.
  5. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  6. Roll mixture into one inch balls and place on baking sheet about 1.5 inches apart.
  7. Flatten balls slightly with the heel of your hand.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bottom of balls are golden brown.
