Sausage and Cheese Balls

I've had to call my mom and ask her for this recipe a hundred times. Finally saving it!! These things are sinfully delicious. We usually make one batch with regular pork sausage and the other batch with hot sausage.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour, unsifted
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 half pound package of ground pork sausage
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons butter, softened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Combine flour baking powder and salt in large bowl.
3. Add sausage cheese and butter.
4. Blend well w/ wooden spoon or hands.
5. lightly grease a baking sheet.
6. roll mixture into one inch balls and place on baking sheet about 1.5 inches apart.
7. Flatten balls slightly with the heel of your hand.
8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bottom of balls are golden brown.
