Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add spices and toast lightly.
  3. Stir in spinach, basil and garlic.
  4. Stir fry cook on moderate heat.
  5. Add tomato, peanut butter and fermented black beans.
  6. Let simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
  7. Stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  8. Serve on a bed of brown organic rice.
