  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 minutes or until each piece is browned on both sides, turning after 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in peas, gravy and dressing; bring to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  3. Spoon stuffing over meat mixture around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until stuffing is heated through and meat is done.
  4. KITCHEN TIPS:.
  5. Substitute: Substitute 6 boneless pork chops (1 1/2 pounds) or 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 pounds) for the pork tenderloin. Prepare as directed, increasing the meat browning time to 10 minutes.
