Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 oz blueberries
  • 3 -4 oz yogurt
  • 6 -7 fl oz milk
  • 2 tbsp psyllium

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blended.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Alternatively, blend in a tall 16-17 fl oz cup using a stick blender.
