Sarah's Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream sugars, shortening and peanut butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients using the flour last.
  3. Place spoonfuls of batter on ungreased cookie sheet and press down with a fork.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minute.
