Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Shape dough into 1 balls.
  3. Place 2 apart on an ungreased baking sheet, and flatten in a criss-cross pattern with a fork.
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°.
