Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb butter or 1/2 lb oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 2/3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Spray loaf pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients and put in pat at 325°F and bake about 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean.
