Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp tequila
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until thoroughly combined.
  2. Marinade can be stored in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 3 days.
