Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in pan.
  2. Drain any grease, and let cool slightly.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Pour about 1/4 inch layer of tomato or spaghetti sauce in the bottom of an oven proof baking dish.
  5. Stuff dry manicotti noodles with seasoned ground beef.
  6. They should be packed firm, but not so tight as to break the noodles.
  7. Place filled noodles in the baking dish.
  8. Continue until all the seasoned meat is used.
  9. If there's just a tiny bit left, not enough to fill a noodle, sprinkle it over the top of the stuffed noodles.
  10. Cover stuffed noodles with remaining tomato or spaghetti sauce.
  11. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  12. When done, remove from oven, remove foil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  13. Serve hot.
