Orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger unite in a great marinade for grilled or broiled salmon.
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced gingerroot
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons canola oil
salt
pepper
1 1/2 lbs salmon
Directions:
1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Marinate the salmon for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Broil or grill about 4 minutes on each side.
