Salad Pizzas with Feta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Unroll dough; cut into 4 equal portions. Press each portion of dough into a 6 x 8-inch rectangle on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with green onions and basil, pressing gently into dough. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until crusts are crisp. Remove crusts from pan; cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.
  3. Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add greens, tossing to coat. Place crusts on individual serving plates; top evenly with salad. Sprinkle evenly with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
