Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Process all dressing ingredients until smooth, set aside.
  2. Boil, steam or microwave potatoes and beans until tender, cut potatoes into quarters.
  3. Boil eggs until medium soft. Peel and halve eggs.
  4. If using fresh tuna cook until medium rare, cool and flake coarsely.
  5. Combine potatoes, beans, tuna, eggs, tomatoes and olive in bowl and gently toss.
  6. Dress to taste.
