Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Generously butter an 8 springform pan.
  2. Mix together crumbs, sugar and butter.
  3. Coat prepared pan completely with mixture.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Using a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Beat in suagr and vanilla extract.
  7. Beat eggs and yolks, one at a time but do not overmix.
  8. Blend in rum and Half and Half.
  9. Stir in raisins.
  10. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  11. Set pan in roasting pan, adding water to 1 1/2 up sides of springform pan.
  12. Bake for 90 minutes OR until cake feels dry to the touch.
  13. Remove from oven.
  14. Cool completely.
  15. Refrigerate until serving time.
