Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 12 oz. vinegar
  • food coloring

Directions:

  1. I know these are not appertizers,nor edible-but it wouldn't let me leave the course column empty.
  2. Hard boil egg,cool and peel.
  3. Add food coloring to vinegar,drop in egg and ferment for approx 3 months.
