Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 cup uncle ben whole grain meadly ready rice
  • 2 tbsp rosemary

Directions:

  1. Thaw and drain frozen spinach
  2. Chop mushrooms
  3. Julienne carrots
  4. Mince garlic and onion.
  5. In a large skillet over medium heat, add all olive oil, garlic,onion, and mushrooms. Once mushrooms begin to cook down, add spinach and stir. 5 mintues later, prepare Uncle ben's whole grain medley ready rice as package instructs and add cooked contents to skillet. stir. add carrots on top. serve.
