Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rosemary

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. In sperate bowl, combine flour salt and sugar.
  3. Add the water. Mix.
  4. Divide mixture in half let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Knead for 5 minutes.
  6. It bounces back to the touch.
  7. Spray pam on a pan. Form into 2 small loaves, sprikle rosmary on top of each.
  8. Let loaves rise for 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Brush with melted butter Eat with grarlic olive oil.
