Root Beer Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups root beer
  • 1 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. These ingredient amounts are approximates.
  2. Feel free to adjust to your particular taste.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and heat until warm- do not boil.
  4. Pour marinade over beef or chicken.
  5. I recommend grilling, but can also be used for oven roasted meats and poultry.
