Ingredients:

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Form a little pool on top and add a little bit of the lukewarm water. Knead the dough adding more water as needed.
  2. If you are feeling creative here, knead some Chopped spring onion, maybe Diced tomato and onion Salsa, maybe all3, maybe cheese, Diced Mushrooms, Diced Jalapeno Chilli, Chopped Coriander, parsley, U can put anything you want. Let your Imagination go wild
  3. Place in a plastic container and seal with a lid, place container in direct sunlight. Allow to rise in the container for about 60 minutes.
  4. Roll in you palm into little balls. and flatten into a fairly sized square. You can arrange this in your tray and keep ready for the fire.
  5. Place on the grill, once the bottom side turns brown, flip it over for it to brown on the other side. you should see the dough rising.
  6. Now this is where u can get creative. slice the bread whilst hot, spread butter, spread jam, Spread some Chocolate, place a sausage in there, a mini steak, a fillet. Anything... Enjoy
