Rogene's Basic Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup ice water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together and press into either 2 pie shells or use as a top and bottom.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 min.
