  1. Heat skillet with pam, add onions and garlic. heat for 5 minutes on medium heat. add chopped mushrooms, pepper,squash,lime juice, stock salt and pepper to taste.bring to boil. simmer for 20 mins. serve over pasta, as a side dish or over spaghetti squash.
