Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour (60g)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp buttermilk (20ml)
  • 6 tbsp milk , 3 . 5
  • 2 tsp milk , 3 . 5% (100ml total)

Directions:

  1. Warning! Never use metal!
  2. Mix flour and sugar in a plastic or glass bowl with a wooden spoon. Stir in the milk and buttermilk and keep stirring until the batter is smooth.
  3. Cover bowl tightly and let rest at room temperature for 2 days.
  4. Proceed as if Robert was gifted to you.
