Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven - 400 degrees
  2. Wash and cut up all veggies
  3. Place on prepared cookie sheet
  4. Line cookie sheet with tin foil
  5. Drizzle with olive oil
  6. Put cut up veggies on baking sheet
  7. Lightly sprnkle with pepper and garlic salt
  8. Mix (with hands) until all are covered with oil and garlic salt
  9. (I always add a little more olive oil and garlic salt just before putting it in oven)
