Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 16 oz chick peas
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Drain chickpeas. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
