Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, oregano and salt.
  3. Add potato wedges and Fennel. Mix to coat.
  4. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Place the lamb skewers on top. evenly space apart.
  6. Roast 25 minute Turn meat once and try to stir up unexposed vegetables.
  7. Move meat to one side and broil briefly to brown top.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh Lemon.
