Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water in an oven safe pot, till fork tender.
  3. Drain potatoes and place back into pot.
  4. Mix all ingredients and toss till covered completely and place into oven for 10 to 15 minutes till the skin is crispy, enjoy :)
  5. These are just so yummy!!
