Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 then spray rectangular baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except carrots in a large mixing bowl then toss with carrots to coat.
  3. Spread carrots in pan then bake loosely covered for 40 minutes remaining cover last 15.
  4. Stir occasionally until carrots are tender.
