Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter,salt&pepper to taste.
  2. Add: tomato soup,water,velveeta,egg yolks.
  3. Simmer,stirring often until cheese is melted.
  4. When ready to serve-beat egg whites stiff, fold into other mixture and serve over saltine crackers.
