  1. Place all ingredients into a 1-pound capacity (or bigger) bread machine according to the directions in your manual.
  2. Select the basic bread cycle and light crust.
  3. After about 5 minutes, take a peek inside your machine to see if your dough is forming up a ball- if it is too wet, add up to 3 Tbsp additional flour, a spoonful at a time (or as needed based on the hunidity of the day), if too dry, add a little water.
