Rich and Creamy Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine evaporated milk, sugar, butter and corn syrup, in a medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in chocolate morsels and vanilla extract until thickened and smooth.
  7. Serve over ice cream or cake.
  8. Store leftover sauce in refrigerator.
  9. Reheat before serving.
  10. If needed, add water to thin to desired consistency.
