Rice With Tomato & Basil in Less Than 20 Min

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 1/4 cups of water with olive oil in coveres pan.
  2. Once water is boiling add rice and salt.
  3. Bring back to boil and then lower heat to a simmer until water has been consumed.
  4. Once water consumed turn off heat and add tomato and basil.
  5. Ready to eat.
  6. If you wish you can add any other vegetables you wish.
