Rice With Angel Hair

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups rice
  • 5 cups water

Directions:

  1. Add canola oil, angel hair and salt.
  2. Stir-fry angel hair on high heat until golden color.
  3. Add rice and mix with angel hair.
  4. Add water.
  5. Cover pot and cook for 13 - 15 minute.
  6. Let stand in the covered pot for 10 minute.
  7. Stir and serve.
