Rhubarb Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix above ingredients and put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
  2. Sprinkle topping (see below) over top and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. TOPPING:.
  4. 1/2 Cup sugar.
  5. 1 tablespoons butter.
